User Agreement and Workshop Policy
Welcome to KJ Caravan Repairs. You agree to the following terms and conditions when you visit our website, make a reservation, or use any of our services. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
KJ Caravan Repairs does a lot of different things for caravans and RVs, such as:
- General caravan and RV repairs
- Insurance claim repairs
- Caravan servicing and maintenance
- Refurbishments and upgrades
- Plumbing, gas, and electrical work
- Awning repair and replacement
- Leak detection and waterproofing
- Sale of pre-owned caravans
Our well-equipped workshop in Craigieburn, Victoria, does all of the work.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All quotes given are guesses based on what we knew at the time. The final pricing may change based on how much work has to be done after a full inspection.
You can only book if there is space and confirmation.
We have the right to refuse or change bookings if something unexpected happens.
3. Payments
At the time of the service agreement, we will let you know the payment arrangements.
The customer has to pay for any extra or uncovered costs for insurance repairs.
You can pay with EFT, a credit or debit card, or a bank transfer (unless otherwise noted).
4. Insurance Repairs
We work directly with your insurance company to make things easier for you when it comes to insurance-related duties.
You need to give all the necessary claim information and get permission from your insurance company.
KJ Caravan Repairs is not responsible for delays that are caused by the insurance company’s approval process.
5. Warranty & Liability
We are confident in our work’s calibre. The terms of the warranty will be explained at the time of repair and will depend on the service or part delivered.
KJ Caravan Repairs is not liable for damage caused by overuse, carelessness, accidents, or changes made by other people.
We are only liable for the price of the services we provide.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change a reservation.
If you don’t show up for an appointment, you may have to pay a fee to reschedule.
7. Website Use
KJ Caravan Repairs owns all of the content on this website, and you can’t copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.
We try to keep all of the material on this website up to date and correct, but we can’t promise that it will always be free of mistakes or up to date.
8. Privacy
We care about your privacy. For more information on how we collect, handle, and safeguard your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
The laws of Victoria, Australia, control these Terms and Conditions. The courts in Victoria will handle any disagreements that come up because of these provisions.
